Dorota is a research coordinator in BRISPO research group (Brussels Institute for Social and Population Studies).
She has MSc degrees in geography and spatial economics and a PhD in human geography from the University of Warsaw. Since obtaining her PhD in 2014 she has been a visiting scholar at the University of Oxford (UK), the University of Vienna (Austria) and the Free University in Berlin (Germany). Her research interests cover retail geography, urban studies and spatial planning as well as regional and local development.
