Arvi Sepp studied German and English Philology, Sociology, and Literary Theory in Leuven, Louvain-la-Neuve, Berlin and Gießen. He is Professor of Translation Studies and German at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Research Fellow at the Institute of Jewish Studies in Antwerp. He is Programme Coordinator of the Master’s in Translation at VUB as well as Vice-Director of the research group Centre for Literary and Intermedial Crossings (CLIC) and Co-Director of the VUB/UGent Alliance Centre for Literature in Translation (CLIV).
