Emilie Jacquart is a PhD Researcher within the Finance and Decarbonization Chair of the SWIFFT Collective, jointly hosted by VUB and ULB.

Her research examines how private financial actors can be mobilized to support a low‑carbon and socially just economic transition.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management of Social and Sustainable Enterprises from ULiège. Before joining academia, she worked in the social economy sector, notably in food aid, an experience that continues to inform her interest in the intersections between finance, inequality, and climate justice.
