Marguerite is a Ph.D. researcher at the Socio-Environmental Dynamics Research Group (SONYA) at the ULB and part of the Decarbonisation and Justice Chair of the Sustainable World Initiative & Fellowship For Transformation (SWIFFT) Collective, under the supervision of Dr. Aurore Fransolet, Prof. Tom Bauler and Prof. Bas Van Heur.

Following a masters in Development Studies (SOAS) and a masters in Economic Sociology (EHESS-Dauphine-Les Mines), Marguerite now focuses on socio-ecological transformations. She aims to research how economic elites engage with social and environmental topics, how they interact with concepts such as the Just Transition, and how they take part in socio-ecological/systems change practices.
