Tom De Waele is first auditor at the Council of State and guest professor in the MSc in Urban Design and Spatial Planning (STeR*) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He is also teaching assistant at the Ghent University in the area of planning law and the legal and administrative aspects of spatial planning and urbanism.
